Jane Fonda Squirms As Bill Maher Puts Her on the Spot Over Craziness of Far Left

Bill Maher had far-left Jane Fonda on his podcast, “Club Random,” as our friends at Twitchy reported.

It was fascinating to watch as he schooled/scolded her and put her on the spot over the crazy takes of the far left.

Fonda explained that many Americans believe the far left holds extreme views on various issues. He suggested that this belief is influenced by individuals like Bill who propagate such ideas. To illustrate his point, Fonda gave examples of perceived extremism, such as the NAACP advising black people not to visit Florida and the notion held by some on the left that men are capable of getting pregnant.

The actor expressed incredulity at the concept of men getting pregnant and emphasized that any perceived craziness within the far left represents only a small fraction of the overall movement, a notion he promptly challenged. Fonda also made a sly comment insinuating that the person he was discussing with would likely have been wary of going to Vietnam, alluding to her controversial visit to North Vietnam in the past.

Fonda found it amusing that the person he was conversing with refused to acknowledge the existence of the far left and insinuated that figures like Maher or channels like Fox News play a role in shaping public perception. In essence, he implied that Americans lack independent thinking and are instead swayed by external influences, unable to recognize extremism without external guidance.

Then she dives into it herself regarding climate change, saying we don’t have a lot of time to do anything about it and we are reaching a tipping point. Maher noted how the “tipping points” of the past didn’t come to fruition.

Their discussion turned to race, and it sounded like Jane Fonda thought it was decades ago, that we hadn’t made any progress based upon what she was saying. Maher said one problem liberals had was the inability to acknowledge progress and leftist Fonda seemed a great example of that.

She thinks black people don’t have the ability to live a middle-class life. That’s bizarre. But I think it’s about if there’s always a problem, there’s always a need for the leftists — for the left to be able to agitate for leftism and have a purpose.

Perhaps the funniest thing was when Fonda denied that California was over-regulated or extremely left.

“You’ve never heard that California is overtaxed and overregulated? We’re a one-party state when there’s sort of no checks on that sort of extreme leftism and that,” Maher said.

Fonda just completely denied it, “I don’t for a minute consider California a state that is extreme leftist. Not at all.”

That’s just not living in reality — and that’s the real problem with leftists. They just refuse delivery on the reality that they don’t like.

But hey, at least she fantasizes about doing in the guys she has relationships with. Yikes.
