Joe Rogan visibly annoyed as guest exposes a secret he hasn't even told his wife

Joe Rogan wasn’t impressed when a mentalist correctly guessed his PIN code – a secret four-digit number he has never even told his wife.

Mentalist Oz Pearlman created a moment of discomfort for the podcast host during a recent episode of the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ when he used his skills to reveal the host’s ATM PIN code.

Pearlman, 43, is a former banker from New York City who reached third place on America’s Got Talent in 2015.

As he correctly guessed the number while explaining how he did it, the process appeared to only irritate the UFC star host.

Pearlman had began the fascinating routine by asking Rogan to think of a number that even his wife wouldn’t know.

Pearlman intriguingly asked the host about his wife’s knowledge of his social security number before demonstrating his abilities by revealing the host’s ATM PIN code.

‘I want it to be spontaneous. Would your wife know your ATM PIN code,’ he added. Rogan replied, ‘No.’

Pearlman then had Rogan come up with a random number that was different from his PIN to determine the correct code.

The mentalist specifically instructed the host not to disclose his actual ATM PIN code, but instead to come up with a random four-digit number on the spot, emphasizing the spontaneity of the choice.

Rogan landed on 2020 as his random four-digit code and, Pearlman wrote it down on a white board.

‘It’s weird, but statistically, men will lie bigger, women smaller. Men like lie by saying things are bigger, right? No shocker,’ Pearlman said.

‘Right off the jump for me, that means that your first number… is smaller. That’s what most people do when they’re rushed.’

Rogan started to grow annoyed with Pearlman as the mentalist explained his reasoning and suggested that with more time, Rogan might have picked a different random number.

The podcast host insisted that regardless of how much time he was given to come up with a random number, he would have settled on 2020.

‘Either way, you’ll be honest if I’m right,’ Pearlman said. ‘I got a hit, which means it’s a zero or one; I think the first number of your code’s a one. Isn’t it your real PIN code?’

Rogan replied, ‘My ATM PIN code? Why would I tell you that on the air.’

Pearlman asked if he could show his guess to Rogan and he agreed. He asked, ‘Can we acquis that the first number I got was correct?’ Rogan replied, ‘Yes.’

The mentalist acknowledged Rogan was growing uncomfortable and said, ‘I like the fact when people always say to me it’s fake when they watch the videos they’re like “You must have set it up.” Joe doesn’t even want this to happen right now. He had no idea this was going to happen.’

He then went on to explain that Rogan’s use of repetition in his random number gave him a major clue to his real code.

‘You used two numbers in repeats. What that means is you probably did the same thing. You also didn’t use any of the same numbers, so I know there’s not a zero or two in it,’ Pearlman said.

‘I don’t think so either, and I’m watching you while I say it; you put the hand up, you might as well said yes to me out loud. So now I know, think of the second number, okay, third number, fourth number. Every time you did it, it’s a data point.’

Pearlman asked Rogan one final question: if the last number in his real PIN code is the largest in the combination, which Rogan confirmed was correct.

Then Pearlman did his big reveal, showing Rogan his secret whiteboard, and said, ‘How’d I do, Joe? Is that your ATM PIN code?’

A doubtful Rogan replied, ‘Yeah that’s weird. I’m skeptical because I got that PIN code in the mail… Yeah, I don’t like that.’

Pearlman joked, ‘He’s calling his bank right now and being like “Yo, do you know this, has this guy been playing the long game?”‘
