Marilyn Manson will not be charged in a series of domestic violenceĀ and sexual assault cases.Ā

Manson, 56, real name Brian Hugh Warner was accused by a dozen women of sex abuse, rape, and torture and has vehemently denied all the allegations.

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman stated on Friday that Manson will not face charges following a four-year probe.

He explained, “We have concluded that accusations of domestic abuse are beyond the statute of limitations, and we lack the evidence to substantiate charges of sexual assault.”

Hochman acknowledged the bravery and strength of the women who bravely reported their experiences, expressing gratitude for their assistance and understanding during the investigation.

‘While we are unable to bring charges in this matter, we recognize that the strong advocacy of the women involved has helped bring greater awareness to the challenges faced by survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.’

Manson settled lawsuits by two women includingĀ Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco in 2023.

TheĀ Los AngelesĀ County Sheriff’s Department investigated Manson for 19 months before turning its evidence over to prosecutors in 2022.

His ex-girlfriend, actressĀ Evan Rachel Wood, also accused him of sex crimes but never filed a lawsuit.

In a denial to her initial claim,Ā  MansonĀ said: ‘Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.

‘My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how ā€” and why ā€” others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.’

Manson filed a defamation lawsuit against Wood and her friend,Ā Illma Gore, over what he calls ‘malicious’ and ‘false’ sexual abuse allegations which ‘derailed his successful music, TV and film career’.

Manson in March of 2022 filed the suit against the Westworld actress prior to the release of her HBO documentary Phoenix Rising: Don’t Fall.

In the two-part doc, Wood said The Beautiful People artist, who she was engaged to at one point, sexually assaulted and emotionally abused her during the time they were in a relationship from 2006 until 2010.

Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters claimed in 2022 that he forced her to stand for 12 hours and take pictures of him and made her take cocaine to stay awakeĀ

Manson, whose catalogue includes hit covers such as Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), Personal Jesus and Tainted Love, subsequently faced allegations of abuse from more than 12 women after Phoenix Rising: Don’t Fall aired in March of 2022.

Wood said in a February 2021 Instagram post, ‘The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson.

‘He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail.’

Wood said she was ‘here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives’ and stood ‘with the many victims who will no longer be silent.’

‘For years, plaintiff Brian Warner raped and tortured Defendant Evan Rachel Wood and threatened retaliation if she told anyone about it,’ her lawyer wrote in 2023.

Wood also claimed Manson threatened the families of women who accused him of sexual assault and sex trafficking, and even told herĀ he would ‘f**k’ her eight-year-old son.

The vocalist denied all of the allegations against him.

A judge threw out parts of Manson’s lawsuit in August, and Manson dropped the case in November.

Police raided Manson’s home inĀ West Hollywood in 2021 after beginning the sex crimes probe earlier that year when the first accusers came forward.Ā

EsmeĀ Bianco’s lawsuit accused Manson ofĀ sexual assault, sexual battery, and human trafficking while they were dating in 2011.

She claimed he kept her locked in a bedroom in his West Hollywood apartment to keep her from fleeing, andĀ wouldn’t let her eat or sleep without his permission.

Bianco alleged in her lawsuit filed in April 2021 that Manson frequently abused her verbally, deprived her of sleep and food, bit, cut and electrocuted her without her consent; and raped her during their two years together.Ā

Manson denied the allegations, calling them ‘twisted tales that bear no resemblance to reality’, but eventually settled the case.

He settled another with an unnamed womenĀ last year who claimed heĀ orally and vaginally raped her.

She claimed in the suit that the abuse happened in 2011 and Manson also deprived her of food, sleep and a sense of safety.Ā

An artist, known only as Gabriella on social media, who said she dated MansonĀ for six months between 2015 and 2016 claimed he drove her to attempt suicide.

She accused him in 2021 of after tying her up, depriving her of sleep and plying her with drugs during their relationship which began when she was 22 and he was 46.Ā

Her Instagram post included her description of trying to kill herself on Christmas Day 2015 after he canceled plans with her, and how she was hospitalized as a result.Ā

She says they met in October 2015 at a show.Ā They dated for six months, she said, during which time she alleges he tied her up, force fed her drugs, deprived her of sleep and claimed he was a member of the MS-13 gang.Ā

Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters claimed in 2022 that he forced her to stand for 12 hours and take pictures of him and made her take cocaine to stay awake.

Manson also whipped her and others, telling them they could ‘take it’, and threw hatchets when he was angry. She also said she watched him throw a prop skull at Woods so hard it left a welt.

Walters claimed the abuse started in 2010 at a photo shoot after he contacted her on MySpace and said he liked her photography.Ā

The singer allegedly pinned her to a bed, bit her ear, and forced her hand down his underwear. She said she moved away from him and left the shoot feeling ‘confused and fear[ful].’Ā

Afterward, she claimed the singer bombarded her with messages and offered her extra pay to stay.Ā

Other women who have accused Manson of abuse also posted on Instagram, though they made less detailed and specific references to sexual, mental, and physical abuse.

They include Sarah McNeilly, a model in LA, and Ashley Lindsay Morgan, a model who was working in Bangkok when she met Manson.Ā

A woman giving her name as Brittany LeighĀ said she dated a ‘member of Marilyn Manson’ from 2011 to 2013 and that she ‘saw and heard’ things which made her label Manson an abuser.

Manson sent a string of texts toĀ Johnny DeppĀ in 2016, comparing his current wife,Ā Lindsay Usich, to the actor’s ex-wifeĀ Amber Heard.Ā

‘I got an amber 2.0’, he wrote.

‘I got a serious police amber type scenario with L’s family.Ā

‘I’m f**king stressing. I don’t know if you are back but I need asylum somewhere because I think the cops might be headed my way.’

The musician claimed Usich, his then-girlfriend, filed a restraining order against him, alleging Manson ‘beat her up’ and had drugs in his home.

Depp instructed his friend to ‘don’t take no s**t’ and remain calm, noting it was important ‘not to give her what she wants.’
