Diddy 'raped teenage babysitter with two other men', bombshell new lawsuit claims

A woman has come forward with a disturbing allegation that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. According to the accuser, she was enticed into his car while babysitting as a teenager over twenty years ago.

The woman, who remains unnamed, filed a lawsuit in a New York court this week. She recounted the incident to have taken place in August or September of the year 2000, at a residential building in Manhattan where the music mogul, known for his label “Bad Boy,” resided.

The victim said she ran into Combs and two men who worked for him as she was leaving the building.

Combs, who was sitting inside a car, asked the then teenager where she was going so late at night.

Despite telling him she lived just around the corner, the alleged victim said she jumped into the rapper’s car ‘after much cajoling’.

Combs’ then girlfriend – identified only as ‘a well-known woman’ in the complaint – also lived in the home, the suit claims.

At the time of the alleged incident, Combs was romantically linked with Jennifer Lopez.

Another alleged victim claimed Sean Combs raped ad drugged her when she was a teen nearly 25 years ago when she came across the rapper at a Manhattan residential building where Diddy's girlfriend lived

Another individual has also stepped forward with a similar account of being raped and drugged by Sean Combs when she was a teenager almost a quarter of a century ago. This purported victim encountered the rapper at a Manhattan building where Diddy’s girlfriend was living.

The woman claimed she was babysitting that night where Diddy's very famous former girlfriend had lived. Around the time of the alleged assault, Diddy was dating Jennifer Lopez, although the star was not named in the suit

‘During the ride, plaintiff became scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised,’ she said in the complaint.

‘The defendant gave her a drink to “calm her down”. She soon became groggy and unsteady. Combs and his staff, the two-male codefendants, proceeded to a location where she was sexually assaulted by Combs.’

The woman said she was then taken back to her home and was dropped off at the lobby of her building by the two men who worked for Diddy.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, representatives for Combs denied the latest allegations.

‘No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaults, or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.

‘Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.’

The lawsuit is among more than 20 civil suits filed against Combs in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Combs, 55, remains locked up at Brooklyn’s infamous Metropolitan Detention Center in New York after he was arrested on Sept. 16, 2024 and indicted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Federal prosecutors alleged Diddy engaged in kinky ‘freak-off’ marathon parties with baby oil and drugs.

These alleged parties involved sex workers and narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB, ‘which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant,’ according to the indictment.

Combs was denied bail three times by two separate judges, and will remain in jail until his criminal trial, which is set for May 5.

He is facing life in prison if he is found guilty of the racketeering charge.

Prosecutors also have accused the rapper of obstructing his criminal case and claimed he reached out to witnesses from behind bars.

Attorney Lisa Bloom, who is representing former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard in a lawsuit, told DailyMail.com Combs allegedly reached out to a witness – singer Kaleena Harper – in her client’s case.

Richard, Harper and Combs had a short-lived group, Dirty Money, from 2009 to 2012.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges.

His legal team said he is innocent and will fight to clear his name.

‘He is an imperfect person but this is not criminal,’ said one of Combs’ attorneys, Marc Agnifilo, in a statement.

‘Please reserve your judgement until you have all the facts.’
