'It Is Cheating': Piers Morgan Calls Out Transgender Athlete to His Face

The host of “Piers Morgan Uncensored” was engaged in a conversation with Sara Weiss, a biological man, during the latest episode. Weiss was defending his right to compete against women, despite instances where girls have been seriously injured competing against boys.

Morgan said it is a fact that the reason we separate the sexes when it comes to sports is because “males have a biological advantage.”

In the discussion, the host made a comparison, highlighting that athletes like LeBron James could excel in any sport with dedicated practice. He pointed out that individuals with superior biological advantages should not exploit them to defeat women born with female bodies.

Weiss tried to claim that “there is not a threat to gender women” when a biological male competes against them.

“Why do you want to be a cheat?” Morgan hit back. “I mean, seriously, why do you want to be a cheat? That’s what you’re doing. You’re cheating.”

When Morgan got pushback that he was being disrespectful to Weiss, he said no, “It cuts to the heart of the debate.”

Morgan labeled this behavior as cheating, emphasizing that using inherent biological differences to win unfairly against women should be acknowledged and addressed accordingly.

Throughout the show, Morgan and his panel discussed the insanity that happened over the weekend in Clovis, California, at the California Interscholastic Federation Track and Field Championship, where RedState witnessed a biological boy by the name of AB Hernandez compete in the women’s competition against females and dominate the events. It wasn’t even close.

President Donald Trump even threatened to pull federal funding from the state if CIF did not ban AB from participating. The CIF then announced a “pilot program” to its ByLaw 300.D (which allows biological boys to compete against girls), which basically allowed girls to be co-champions with Hernandez.

CIF clearly had hoped that by doing this, it would sidestep Trump’s Executive Order banning boys from competing against girls in women’s sports. The championship went on with Hernandez taking home two first-place awards and one second-place trophy.

On Monday, California found out it was a mistake to ignore Trump’s threat, RedState reported, when Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon sent a letter not to CIF but to the state’s public school districts.

Jennifer Van Laar wrote:

As a political subdivision, you have an obligation to comply with the Equal Protection Clause. To ensure compliance and avoid legal liability, you must certify in writing by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 9, 2025, that you will not implement CIF Bylaw 300.D.
