Pizza delivery worker stabs pregnant customer 14 times over lousy tip

A pizza delivery worker has been accused of forcefully entering a motel room with another person and stabbing a pregnant woman in front of her young child following a disagreement over a small tip.

The incident took place in Kissimmee, Florida, where 22-year-old Brianna Alvelo was charged with attacking the woman shortly after delivering a pizza to her room, as reported by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The woman gave Alvelo $50 on a $33.10 bill, expecting to receive $16.90 in change back.

After delivering the pizza, Alvelo attempted to leave, but the woman requested her change back. Alvelo informed her that they did not carry change as per company policy, according to official records.

The woman began searching for smaller denominations in two purses in her motel room and in her car, with Alvelo watching.

She got a smaller dollar bill from her boyfriend, with whom she was staying at the motel along with her five-year-old daughter.

It meant Alvelo’s tip ended up being $2. Alvelo ‘rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything,’ the report seen by WESH said.

A short time later, the woman, her boyfriend and daughter were asleep when they heard a knock on their door at the Riviera Motel.

The armed man ordered the boyfriend into the bathroom.

Alvelo rummaged through their belongings in the motel room and then stabbed the woman 14 times with a pocket knife as she shielded her daughter, the arrest report details.

The report states how the woman was stabbed in her chest, arms, legs, and stomach.

The two masked criminals ran from the motel along with a few stolen items.

Documents state the victim tried to get her phone but Alvelo took it and smashed it. The victim was allegedly left covered in blood and terrified.
