New Lawsuits Accuse Sean 'Diddy' Combs of Drugging, Sexually Assaulting 3 Men

As Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs remains in pretrial detention without bail following his arrest in September, a fresh set of allegations have surfaced. Combs faces accusations of sexually assaulting three men, one of whom was a former employee, claiming he provided them with spiked alcoholic beverages, according to civil lawsuits filed Thursday in New York.

These lawsuits, brought by anonymous accusers, describe a consistent pattern of behavior by Combs from 2019 to 2022, with the alleged assaults occurring at hotels in New York City and in East Hampton.

Attorney for the plaintiffs, Thomas Giuffra, told ABC News that the alleged victim’s claims follow a pattern of behavior:

Giuffera intends to ask the courts to keep the alleged victim’s names private, fearing retaliation:

My clients are afraid that if their identities become public they’ll end up with a target on their back. They want to scare people into silence. They’re just trying to intimidate people.

Lawyers for Combs released a statement denying the allegations:

These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.

He used “violence, use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse” to fulfill his sexual desires, according to the unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital. The indictment alleges that Combs and his employees would “intimidate, threaten, and lure female victims into Comb’s orbit, often under the pretense of a romantic relationship. Combs allegedly then used force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs referred to as, among other things, ‘Freak Offs.'”

The pair of raids occurred one month after a bombshell civil lawsuit was filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who had previously worked with Combs as a music producer from September 2022 to November 2023. In the lawsuit, Jones compares Combs to Jeffrey Epstein and a “RICO” enterprise, alleging instances of drugging, sexual grooming and assault, and coercion into procuring sex workers, strippers, and drugs.

In May, a video was published showing Combs violently assaulting former girlfriend and singer Cassie Ventura, known by her stage name, Cassie. Ventura’s 2023 lawsuit alleging abuse was settled the day after she filed it for an undisclosed amount.

The latest legal action adds to a mounting series of lawsuits accusing Combs of sexual assault, with .

Combs has pleaded not guilty to the DOJ’s charges.
