SAN FRANCISCO — The Bay Area has a significant history associated with ice cream sandwiches, and The Baked Bear contributes to this tradition. The owner’s focus is on personalizing your dessert to enjoy it in your preferred way.
“The core concept of Baked Bear revolves around making personalized ice cream sandwiches. The concept allows customers to come in, select their preferred cookies, and assemble their tailored ice cream sandwich right there and then,” explained Henry Halloum, the owner of The Baked Bear in San Francisco.
Halloum recently opened his third location in the city’s Thrive City neighborhood.
“We are avid Warriors supporters. The Warriors hold a special place in our hearts, and the opportunity to collaborate with an excellent landlord like the Warriors, while also being in proximity to cater to customers from the broader Bay Area, enhances the experience,” Halloum further shared.
The location gives Warriors fans the opportunity to come to the Thrive City area and enjoy the custom creations before and after games, and the shop is open until 1 a.m. on weekends.
Halloum and his staff work every morning to make sure there are fresh gooey cookies everyday to pair together with your favorite ice cream. Customers can enjoy an array of toppings to add to their custom creations.
