The hedonistic lifestyle of 'rapist' millionaire Alexander twins and the Florida mansions they're using as bail collateral

Three realtor brothers who were once at the top of the industry are now facing allegations of being serial rapists. They used to proudly boast about their luxurious lifestyle, claiming that it was necessary to understand and cater to the needs of their wealthy clients.

‘It makes people feel comfortable that we’re not just your average real-estate peddlers,’ Oren Alexander boasted.

According to one of the brothers in an interview with Business Insider, their clients trusted them because they not only talked the talk but also walked the walk by incorporating their opulent lifestyle into their work.

However, their lavish life, which included private jets and multi-million-dollar homes, has now come crashing down for Alexander, 37, Alon, his twin, and their elder brother Tal, 38.

The brothers were arrested last week in Miami and charged with drugging and raping dozens of women over two decades – dating back to their high school years.

All three appeared in court on Friday, with Tal refused bail by a federal judge despite his family’s pledge of a whopping $115million in real estate holdings to secure his release.

They currently remain in custody in connection with the charges, as their lawyers are battling to get them released on house arrest.

Despite facing life in prison if convicted of their sex trafficking conspiracy, the brothers could continue to live the high life inside their multi-million-dollar properties which boast home gyms and waterfront access away from prying eyes in an exclusive Miami enclave.

Their parents, self-made real estate developer Shlomy and security executive Orly, emigrated from Israel in 1982 with ‘practically no money’, but soon built a multi-million-dollar empire after founding security firm Kent Security together.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos reveal the extensive property portfolio enjoyed by the Alexander family, including the brothers who may seek refuge in these homes if federal judges approve their parent’s bond pledge.

Shlomy and Orly’s waterfront Bal Harbour residence is being used as collateral for their twin sons, Oren and Alon, in the recently granted bond by the state that could be finalized on Thursday. If the twins fail to appear in court while out on bail, Shlomy will be on the hook for a combined $5million.

Their five-bed, six-bath home is valued at $40million and currently has a $3million mortgage, according to pretrial release orders.

The proposed $115million bond for their son’s release would be secured not only with this $40million property but also with a Miami office building and three waterfront residences in Miami Beach owned by the three brothers.

Photos obtained by DailyMail.com showcase the expansive property inside Bal Harbour’s gated community, complete with a pool and underground garage. Three of the four multi-million-dollar properties owned by the brothers and their parents in Miami Beach feature waterfront access.

In May of last year, Tal and Oren – who launched the now sinking real estate company Official in 2022 – sold a mansion they shared with Alon for $27.5million. Their father developed the 11,500-square-foot property in 2017.

This Flamingo Drive mansion is also where an alleged victim claims she was assaulted after being driven there by Oren in a boat. Court records do not indicate that any assaults occurred at the brothers’ current properties, with allegations dating back from 2010 to 2021.

Alon, who served as president of his father’s company Kent Security Services, bought the property for $2.8million in 2020, with realtor estimates suggesting its value has more than doubled. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home has seen significant appreciation.

Oren bought a property in a gated Miami Beach community for $10million, and realtors now estimate its value has tripled to $38.5million.

The five-bed, four-bath home features 147 feet of water frontage facing Sunset Lake and boasted plans by renowned architect César Molina. It’s described as a private sanctuary with a pool.

Oren, soon to be a first-time father, faces more charges than his brothers and argued in court that he should be released due to his Brazilian model wife being nine months pregnant.

Tal’s four-bed, three-and-a-half-bath home in the exclusive Sunset Islands neighborhood near Miami Beach is valued at $13.5million. He lives there with his wife and young child, and the property also features a pool and boat dock. Tal purchased the home – which boasts a custom-designed kitchen – in October 2021 for $9.7million.

Tal has boasted that to attract the right clientele, they needed to live a luxurious lifestyle – complete with art, planes, yachts, and cars. Oren also mentioned that the brothers secured some of their biggest deals by living lavishly, partying with clients, and embracing this lifestyle.

Tal’s love of private jets was used by federal prosecutor Lauren Astigarraga who successfully argued that he was a flight risk because of his ability to fly to Israel – where the possibility of extradition back to the United States could prove to be impossible.

Their wealth has been so vast that the brothers once owned a property at the New Museum Building in Manhattan – the building where Bon Jovi sold his penthouse for $37.5million.

But this luxurious lifestyle of mansions and penthouses could be a distant dream for the high-flying trio, who face federal sex-trafficking charges that carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. Oren and Alon are also being slapped with sexual battery charges in Miami.

Oren is facing three charges of rape connected to separate incidents in Miami, and his twin has been charged with one.

The Alexander brothers' friend Ohad Fisherman cut his honeymoon short with his journalist wife to turn himself in to police on Wednesday morning for the alleged assault of a woman on New Years Eve in 2016

The Alexander brothers’ friend Ohad Fisherman cut his honeymoon short with his journalist wife to turn himself in to police on Wednesday morning for the alleged assault of a woman on New Years Eve in 2016

When the rape allegations broke, all three brothers shirked the limelight, locked down their social media and attended fewer high-profile events for the six months before they were hit with the slew of charges

Despite rumors they had fled to Israel, they were spotted over the summer in Bridgehampton, New York, at a Barry’s Bootcamp class in Miami, and Oren was seen in Ibiza, behind a DJ booth, according to The Real Deal.

Following the charges against the brothers, the Department of Justice requested information from Douglas Elliman about Oren and Tal’s time at the brokerage, before they set up their own company.

A spokesman for the company confirmed that they are cooperating with the DOJ’s inquiry. Both brothers worked for the Elliman between 2012 and 2019, representing ultra wealthy and celebrity clients including Kanye West, Steve Madden, Leon Black and Jay-Z.

After their arrest, their lawyers worked out an agreement with the state that the twins could leave prison after posting a $5million bond. But it’s expected they’ll be swooped up by federal agents after the bond agreement is formalized.

A fourth man, Ohad Fisherman, has also been charged with sexual battery in Miami, where he is accused of holding down a woman by her shoulders with his knees the twins raped her on New Year’s Eve in 2016.

Fisherman turned himself in to police Wednesday morning, cutting short his Japanese honeymoon with 24-year-old journalist Jordan Royt.

Federal authorities plan to relocate Tal to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
