My overwhelming response when first seeing this on Tuesday was, “DO THESE IDIOTS EVER HEAR THEMSELVES?!?!?”
Of course, this raises the question of why we need courts at all to resolve questions about government powers. If it’s going to be just another political branch, that’s superfluous when we already have a legislature and an executive.
