Trump Heaps Praise on Lindell For Fighting 2020 Election Fraud

Last Updated on February 24, 2025

OXON HILL, MD — At CPAC, Donald Trump commended Mike Lindell during his speech to conservative activists on Saturday. The event took place in a packed ballroom at the Gaylord National Harbor, offering a view of the frigid Potomac River.

President Trump, looking relaxed, shared his relief about the end of the continuous legal troubles and media mockery aimed at both himself and Lindell, the CEO of My Pillow.

“That man suffered. That man suffered. The FBI thugs went up to him and took away everything he had. He suffered,” Trump said.

“He’s a great guy,” said the president, referring to Lindell.

“They really went after him. It was brutal. The government was weaponized against him. But he stood his ground. He’s a strong individual. He stood firm, and nothing was going to deter him. So, Mike, I want to express my gratitude to you on behalf of everyone. You’ve endured a lot,” Trump stated in his speech.

Trump highlighted the now very credible claim that the 2020 election was stolen as the cause of the weaponized scrutiny with which he and Lindell were targeted.

Fifteen million voters up and vanished from the electoral process between 2020 and 2024, according to multiple reports, at a time when the Presidential election was the most hyped event in years.

Lauren Witzke’s tweet on X with the video went viral.

Trump then pivoted to the marked softening of coverage among even very left-leaning news outlets, which are now less hesitant to attempt to ruin the lives of those who claim that the 2020 election was stolen.

“And he never changed his mind. He said, ‘That election of 2020 was rigged.’ And he’s more of a believer today than he was even four years ago. But now it’s OK to say it Mike, now it’s fine.”

Trump celebrated the end of the censorious media friendly to the Biden regime, hearkening back to the chilling effect the corporate media cast over the nation.

“When it comes to a day where you can’t challenge crooked elections, you’ve got a real problem in this country,” Trump said.

Trump then painted a clear picture of the oppression being lifted off the shoulders of the American taxpayer, pointing to the new golden age of American productivity and freedom.

“And as of Jan 20, 2025, the dark days of high taxes, crushing regulations, rampant inflation, flagrant corruption, government weaponization, and total incompetence, those days are over. They’re over,” Trump said.
