A person who is residing in the country without legal permission was recently taken into custody in Florida for reportedly assaulting a couple who were attempting to repossess his vehicle, as per local authorities.
Enio Corgozinho is charged with aggravated battery, simple battery and burglary with battery, FOX 35 Orlando reported.
Reports from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office indicate that the man struck the woman in the chest, stomach, and left arm while the husband and wife were in the process of repossessing Corgozinho’s car. Subsequently, he forcibly removed her from the vehicle.
He also allegedly pushed the husband, who was driving the tow truck.
