NEW: Joe Biden Has Pardoned Hunter Biden, Administration Lied to Everyone for Years

It’s been revealed that Joe Biden is preparing to announce a pardon for his son, Hunter Biden. This comes after Hunter pleaded guilty to tax-related charges and was facing a potentially long prison sentence. Additionally, he had been convicted of separate gun charges earlier.

For years, the White House insisted that President Joe Biden would not pardon his son. Here’s Karine Jean-Pierre repeating that claim in mid-2024.

JEAN-PIERRE: It’s still a no, it’s still a no.

REPORTER: Will it always be no?

JEAN-PIERRE: It’s still a no, it will be a no, it is a no, and I don’t have anything else to add. Will he pardon his son? No.

Contrary to previous reports, Joe Biden recently made a public statement declaring the pardon for his son. This decision followed a heartfelt plea from Hunter himself. In the statement, Joe Biden defended his actions by stating that he had promised not to intervene in Justice Department matters and felt his son was unfairly targeted.

Joe Biden confirmed the pardon he signed for Hunter, emphasizing his commitment to letting the Justice Department operate independently. He expressed disappointment over what he perceived as selective and unjust treatment of his son, particularly regarding the handling of gun form errors and tax issues related to addiction struggles.

The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases.

No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.

For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.

It is incredibly shameless for Biden to claim he “kept his word” when he lied to the American people for over a year, insisting he would not issue a pardon or commutation for Hunter Biden. Further, the pardon is incredibly broad, essentially offering blanket protection for any crimes his son has committed.

With that in the books, there will be no justice for the Biden family’s corrupt business dealings. The cover-up is complete, and Hunter Biden is once again shown to be the privileged son, unaccountable for any of his actions. That means he’ll likely end up in trouble again. It’s just a matter of time.
