Aurora, Colorado, is usually considered a peaceful location. I can vouch for this, having been a resident there for three decades. Situated to the east of Denver, Aurora spans from the Cherry Creek valley in the south to the arid high plains in the northeast, an area that locals used to humorously call “Saudi Aurora.”
However, Aurora is currently experiencing a surge in criminal activities. The state of Colorado has been deeply impacted by numerous instances of unauthorized immigration, accompanied by the presence of dangerous Venezuelan gang members associated with the infamous Tren de Aragua group. In response to a report of a home invasion in the early hours of Tuesday, local authorities apprehended 14 individuals linked to these criminal activities.
For now.
According to Aurora Police Department Chief Todd Chamberlain, a group of 13 to 15 people, primarily males with a few females, entered an apartment where two individuals were present. Allegedly, the suspects forced the migrant victims to go to a different apartment within the same complex, where they were subjected to threats and restrained.
One of the victims, a man, sustained a stab wound but is expected to survive, police said. Both victims are still at the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
So, who were the invaders?
“This is without question a gang incident. I don’t know which gang they are affiliated with yet,” he added. Chamberlain said that “there is a high assumption that they may be affiliated with the TdA [Tren de Aragua] gang,” but he stopped short of declaring which gang in particular was involved because he could not be certain at this time.
The Edge at Lowry Apartments, it should be noted, is in the vicinity of the apartment buildings that had been seized by Tren de Aragua members some weeks back.
Fox News also did a live report on the incident:
🚨 Police have arrested 14 PEOPLE in the apartment complex where reports of armed Venezuelan gang members taking over the building were WIDELY dismissed by the left.

These are the wages of unchecked, illegal immigration.
