As I write this, two things continue to happen in California:
There has been an increase in the number of wildfires occurring recently, with the most recent one starting just to the west of the iconic Hollywood sign in Hollywood Hills. Despite this concerning trend, city and state authorities, particularly those affiliated with the Democratic party, are being heavily criticized for their ineffective handling of the situation.
There is currently a developing situation as reported by @FOXLA, with their helicopter hovering over what seems to be a new brushfire in the hills located to the west of the Hollywood sign. It appears that this fire has just ignited recently, as evident from the live images being captured. pic.twitter.com/9RRWcKfANX

Previously, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, who is a Democrat, faced scrutiny after returning from a trip to Ghana funded by taxpayers. During a press interaction, she was unresponsive to inquiries from a reporter and opted to walk away silently when pressed about her series of controversial decisions. These decisions have significantly hampered firefighting efforts in Los Angeles, creating formidable challenges for the firefighters on the front lines.
