#1 – Annual Inflation Rate Hits 4-Year Low; Groceries Have Biggest Decline in 5 Years — by streiff

Should this good news continue, Trump will enter next year in a strong position to expand GOP caucuses in the Senate and House.

#2 – New: South African Government Releases Terrifyingly Chilling Statement on Fleeing White Afrikaners — by Bonchie

The United States should not rush into reopening diplomatic ties with South Africa following the expulsion of the ambassador in March. The Trump administration should also push Europe to speak out against the forcible seizure of land and extra-judicial killings happening under the pretext of addressing “historic privilege” by an African government that has been overlooked so far.

#3 – Trump’s Comedic Genius Shines As He Rips ABC’s Martha Raddatz With Brutal New Nickname — by Rusty Weiss

“It’s quite amusing to see Martha Raditz on ABC Fake News (the Slopadopolus show!) this morning, claiming that Pope Leo’s selection had nothing to do with Donald Trump,” he exclaimed. “It was totally unexpected but clearly a product of her Trump Deranged Mind.”

“Remember, I did WIN the Catholic Vote, by a lot! [Disney CEO and ABC News owner] Bob Iger should do something about the losers and haters he’s got on his low-rated shows.”

#4 – Judge Who Ordered Admin to Process 12,000 Refugees Tucks Tail After 9th Circuit Corrects Him…Again — by Susie Moore

On Friday, the 9th Circuit obliged and, in a very succinct order, again clarified that plaintiffs (and by inference, Whitehead) were again reading the scope of the exemption too broadly [emphasis added]:

The government’s Motion to Amend Order Granting a Stay, or, in the Alternative, for Clarification, Dkt. 61, is GRANTED IN PART, to the extent that we provide the following further clarification of our March 25, 2025 stay order, Dkt. 28, and our April 21, 2025 order clarifying the limited carveout from the stay, Dkt. 46. Our order should be interpreted narrowly, on a case-by-case basis, to apply to individuals with a strong reliance interest arising prior to January 20, 2025, comparable to Plaintiff Pacito. The government’s motion is otherwise DENIED.

#5 – Dems Won’t Like This: Latest Poll About Direction of Country Hits Astonishing Number — by Nick Arama

Mitchell thought that if the trend continued, he might soon be able to say that a majority of Americans thought we were on the right track. That would be astonishing, since the right track number is generally a pessimistic number.

Notice also in the above tweet that President Donald Trump’s approval is at 52 percent, which is also high. Mitchell said most of that polling was before the weekend, before the wins on ceasefires, trade deals, and Hamas hostage Edan Alexander being released. So one might expect that number will ultimately be higher.
