Directed by Kevin Macdonald, the film provides a close-up look at the lives of John Lennon and Yoko Ono during an 18-month period when they resided together in New York City in the early 1970s. The documentary reaches its climax with Lennon and Ono’s One to One concert at Madison Square Garden in 1972, which marked Lennon’s sole full-length concert post-Beatles and before his tragic passing in 1980.

One To One: John & Yoko is not yet available to watch online or on streaming. That said, The Wrap reported in January that the documentary will air on HBO and stream on HBO’s Max in “late 2025.”
