Girl Says She’s Pregnant, Boyfriend Doubts Asks Her to Take a Pregnancy Test in Front of Him

A man freaked out when his girlfriend came to his house with her family and declared that she was pregnant with his child. He knew this was impossible because he was sterile. 

The 26-year-old man revealed that he had met an accident after graduating from college. When he recovered, the doctors told him he couldn’t have children.

Since he never wished to have children anyway, it didn’t make him feel sad. However, the news of his girlfriend’s pregnancy did shock him. 

Following his master’s degree, the man got a high-paying job. He wanted to work hard and explore his potential, but his parents wanted him to get married right after getting a job. 

When he insisted on working for some time before getting married, his parents were hurt. However, they stopped asking him to get married after trying to convince him for a year. 

After some time, the man signed up on a dating app, but he didn’t like anyone there. Then he met a family friend’s daughter through his parents and realized she was the one.

“Looking back, I was a fool,” he confessed. He shared that his girlfriend was too submissive and never disagreed on anything. He considered it as a positive trait back then, but now he thought the opposite. 

A month later, she came to his house with her family and told everyone she was pregnant.

OP (Original Poster) recalled that when he disclosed to her that he wouldn’t have kids, he was surprised by her reaction. She said it was OK and wasn’t shocked. He started to believe she was the perfect match for him because it was challenging to find a woman who didn’t wish to have children.

However, things took a different turn after they got intimate. OP noticed a strange change in his girlfriend’s behavior. She wasn’t talking to him as much as she usually did, and her few text messages made him think something was wrong. 

A month later, she came to his house with her family and told everyone she was pregnant. OP freaked out after hearing her confession because he knew he couldn’t impregnate her. 

The next day, he wrote a Reddit post asking other users for advice on what to do next. Redditor WinVok04 told OP that he didn’t have to marry his girlfriend because his parents wanted him to. The Redditor also asked him to seek advice from a lawyer. 

“Go to a doctor, get tested for sterility, and give the results to her and your family,” Redditor KindAddition stated. But Redditor brutinator replied:

“I’d prove paternity before sterility.”

OP thanked everyone for the outpour of comments and suggestions. He confessed they helped him perceive his situation differently.

As a result, he got a sterility test appointment and bought a pregnancy testing kit for his girlfriend. He asked her to come to his house alone but didn’t tell her about the kit. 

Surprisingly, she came to his house with her family. Annoyed, OP asked her family members to stay outside and only took her inside.

He took her to his bedroom and handed her the pregnancy test kit. He gestured towards the washroom door and asked her to prove she was pregnant. 

Shocked at his audacity, she started to yell at him and ran towards the main door to call her family inside. Everyone started screaming at OP. Annoyed, he told everyone to leave.

A few minutes later, his parents came to his house with his girlfriend and her family. They sat in the living room and confessed they had planned everything.

Since OP’s parents wanted him to get married soon, they came up with a plan. They asked his girlfriend to lie to him about her pregnancy. They thought he would marry her once he knew she was pregnant with his child. 

The man was furious after learning his parents had planned everything. He yelled at everyone and told them to leave his house.

After they left, he sent his parents a message asking them not to contact him again. He concluded his post by thanking everyone for helping him out.
