Fantasy Football: QB, RB, WR, TE points leaders after Week 1

Week 1 of the 2023 NFL season is in the books. Fantasy football managers were left frustrated by plenty of disappointing performances from highly drafted players.

Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow finished outside of the top 26 scoring quarterbacks. Najee Harris and Dameon Pierce couldn’t get anything going on the ground. Tee Higgins and Drake London literally scored zero points.

There was plenty of mediocrity to go around, which meant surprising names would find themselves among the top scorers on the week. Here are the fantasy scoring leaders through Week 1.
