Most of the attention from Day 4 of the Johnny Depp vs amber Heard trial goes to the actor’s substance abuse struggles. But they don’t go into what really matters, which is Amber Heard’s abusive behavior against him. She very well knew that the actor had mental health issues and still decided to attack him both physically and psychologically. During Day 4 of the trial, Dr. David Kipper was sshown in a pre-recorded deposition about the entire case. He is the medical professional who treated Johnny depp when the actor decided to sober up during his engagement with actress Amber Heard. Kipper struck a close relationship with the actor and they began exchanging messages. The doctor shared a disturbing text in which Johnny Depp reveals he cut part of his finger off backin 2015.
Why did Johnny Depp cut off part of his finger?
During the shooting of a new installment of the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise, Johnny Depp traveled to Australia with Amber Heard. Dr. Kipper left a nurse taking care of Johnny as he tried to get detoxed and she is the one who reported a text that the actor sent to the doctor. It was during a night of an incident in which Depp ended with a part of his finger completely cut off. The reason he decided to mutilate himself is directly related to the struggles of a person who deals with not only addiction but depression as well. They do it as a way to escape from reality when things get too difficult to handle in real life. Depp acted in this fashion out of sheer pressure. In a deposition fimed back in February 2022, the doctor revealed a scary message from Depp right after the incident with Heard.
This is what Depp wrote, verbatum: “Hi, f- man, had another one. I cannot live like this. She is as full of s- as a Christmas goose, I’m done. NO MORE!!! The constant insults, demeaning, belittling, most heartbreaking [unintelligible] that is only released from a malicious, evil and vindictive c-!!!!! But you know what? Far more hurtful than her venomous and degrading, endless educational ranting … is her hideously and purposefully hurtful tirades and her god damn shocking treatment of the man she was supposed to love above all. Her obsession with herself is far more important … she is SO F-ING AMBITIOUS. She’s so desperate for success and fame … that’s probably why I was acquired. Although she has HAMMERED me with that a sad old man has been I am … I’m so very sad … I cut the top of my middle finger off. What should I do? Except of course go to a hospital. I’m so embarrassed for jumping into anything with her … F- THE WORLD.”
