Jude Bellingham of Real Madrid surprises Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher with a controversial comment in a live post-match interview following Champions League victory

Jude Bellingham stunned Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher as he made a X-rated comment during a live interview after Real Madrid’s Champions League triumph.

The 20-year-old capped off a stunning debut season in the Spanish capital as his side ran out 2-0 winners over Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Saturday night.

Goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr secured a record-extending 15th European Cup win for Los Blancos, following their domestic success this term.

The former Arsenal striker praised Bellingham’s increased work off the ball to help Real Madrid defensively, which he believes does not get the credit it deserves.

‘Everyone talks about the impact you have had, the assists, the goals, but recently I have seen you defending a lot for the team,’ Henry said.

‘You had to do it today for the team, because what they [Dortmund] did with Emre Can coming between the centre back and releasing the full backs going on, you had to defend a lot in the first half.

‘You could not be where you are supposed to be, can you tell people how much you do help the team off the ball, people don’t often see that.’

Bellingham bluntly replied: ‘I couldn’t give a s*** really what people think’.

Henry and Carragher were all taken back by the comment given the maturity Bellingham has displayed this season despite his young age, with fellow pundit Micah Richards heard saying ‘wow’.

Bellingham was immediately apologetic, raising his hands in apology.

A shocked Carragher quickly joked: ‘He sounds like he’s perfect for this show. He’s going to get in more trouble than me!’

The England international, who scored 23 goals in 42 appearances, had one of his quieter nights in the season in the final.

The LaLiga player of the season did still manage to get a couple of openings but he spurned a header which would have broken the deadlock.

Bellingham would still make a telling contribution to Real Madrid’s victory, laying off the ball to Vinicius Jr, as the Brazilian scored Madrid’s second in the 83rd minute to seal a 2-0 victory.

The England star was brought off the final five minutes of the contest having completed a dream debut season at Real Madrid.

After the game, a tearful Bellingham, whose family arrived five hours before the match, delivered an emotional interview, saying that ‘this was the best night of my life’.

‘Always dreamed of playing in these games and, you know, you go through life and so many people tell you you can’t do things,’ he said to TNT Sports.

‘Days like today just remind you.

‘It gets a bit hard at times and you wonder if it’s worth it and all those kind of things. Nights like tonight make you realise.

‘I was alright until I saw my mum and dad’s face there, the amount of nights where they could be at home by seven o’clock and they’re doing trips at 11, 12 at night to take me to football.

‘My little brother who I try to be a role model for, I can’t put it into words. It’s the best night of my life.’

Bellingham’s mum Denise, dad Mark and brother Jobe were in their red seats at the home of English football far ahead of the start of the game, as caught in footage by TNT Sports.

In the aftermath, Denise was seen taking a picture with Jose Mourinho, who was on punditry duties for TNT Sports.

Bellingham then comically exposed his mum’s crush on the Portuguese manager, who is set to become Turkish side Fenerbahce’s new manager.

He was overheard on TNT’s live broadcast hilariously saying to Mourinho: ‘Sorry about that, my mum’s fancied you for years.’
