Fans of the TV show Glee were very excited this week when they saw Dianna Agron looking very comfortable with a mysterious man in New York City. This led to rumors of a split and a strange theory that she had a lookalike, resulting in social media detectives going into overdrive.

The 37-year-old actress, famous for her role as Quinn Fabray in Glee for four out of six dramatic seasons from 2009 to 2015, was spotted walking arm in arm with a tall, dark, and attractive man during a cold spring walk in Manhattan on Wednesday.

Despite the chilly weather, the couple stayed close as they roamed the city streets, causing a stir as Dianna’s last known relationship was with Belgian artist Harold Ancart, who she was reportedly dating since 2022.

No official word has come from Agron or Ancart, but fans were more distracted by the mystery man’s face than his identity… because many were convinced he looked exactly like her brother.

‘Just googled his pictures and did a side-by-side comparison. This is not her brother although they look alike A LOT in some pictures,’ one user concluded, adding, ‘I haven’t been able to find recent clear pictures of him either.’

So… boyfriend? Brother? Doppelgänger? Whatever the case, Dianna’s low-key outing certainly stirred up some high drama.

And it wasn’t even the first time this week she had fans talking.

Days earlier, Dianna shocked the fandom by reuniting with Glee co-stars Darren Criss and Lea Michele—despite years of behind-the-scenes cast drama.

Lea posted the unexpected meet-up on Instagram last Thursday, showing the trio backstage after watching Criss perform in his latest Broadway show.

‘Night out with my beautiful friend from high school to see our former classmate perform on Broadway,’ she captioned the post — a clear wink to their days at Glee’s McKinley High.

But the nostalgic moment didn’t sit well with everyone.

In 2020, co-star Samantha Ware, a Black actress, accused her of on-set bullying and ‘traumatic microaggressions,’ prompting a wave of former castmates to speak out.

‘Was she unpleasant to work with? Very much so,’ Morris said at the time. ‘For Lea to treat others with the disrespect that she did for as long as she did, I believe she should be called out.’

Still, she joked that between takes on set she would ‘forget that they were singers and performers’ because ‘they were just on the phones like zombies.’ 

The Emmy Award winner noted that she and Matthew Morrison, who played Will Schuester, have ‘stayed friends’ since wrapping the series almost a decade ago.
