Clementine Poppy De Vere Drummond Was Born on Remembrance Day and Named after It

Clementine Poppy De Vere Drummond is Claudia Schiffer’s daughter. Although she remains private about her life, the teen is a rising star in the modeling industry, and fans are in awe of how much she resembles her mother.

Claudia Schiffer, the German supermodel who retired from modeling, appears pleased that her daughter, Clementine Poppy De Vere Drummond, is following in her footsteps.

Claudia is known for maintaining a low profile about raising her children. After recently celebrating her daughter Clementine’s 18th birthday, the former model is gradually opening up about the rest of her family.

Clementine Tries to Keep Her Life under Wraps

Clementine was born on November 11, 2004, in London, United Kingdom. Because she kept most of her childhood private from prying eyes, little is known about the teen’s life.

However, according to Glamour in May 2022, Clementine Poppy De Vere Drummond is the teen’s full name, even though she is only ever referred to by her nickname, Clementine Vaughn.

Clementine’s famous mother put a lot of thought into the teen’s name. A while back, the German supermodel revealed the meaning of her daughter’s name in an Instagram post, which read:

“We named her Clementine Poppy in respect of her birthdate being on Remembrance Day and as a way of acknowledging all the brave souls’ sacrifice.”

The German catwalk queen said that whenever they celebrate Clementine’s birthday, they have a two-minute silence at eleven o’clock to express gratitude for all the blessings in their lives and those around them.

Claudia cherishes Clementine’s privacy as much as she cherishes her birthday. Clementine’s mother rarely gave fans insight into their family. Birthday tributes, on the other hand, were an exception.

The proud mother recently paid her daughter a birthday tribute by posting a throwback photo of Clementine as a baby. In a separate post, she shared an updated picture of her daughter.

Clementine has an Instagram account with the handle “@celementinepvaughn,” but her profile is protected and inaccessible to the public. She has over 2,700 followers as of this writing.

Clementine Chose the Modeling Path and Her Mother Wasn’t against It

Claudia had previously stated that she would support Clementine if the latter wanted to give modeling a go. The doting mother even offered to help her daughter choose the perfect modeling agent.

True enough, Clementine had her mother’s support when she entered the world of modeling. Introducing her daughter to the spotlight, Claudia brought her to the December 2021 premiere of “The King’s Man.”

The two were spitting images of one other, as seen in photos from the event. Clementine’s modeling debut came in a shoot with her mother for a limited-edition collection of Claudia’s favorite fashion pieces from the 1990s.

Claudia collaborated with the fashion brand Super Real for the collection, which features items from the iconic model named after her loved ones. The Clementine Ivory dress, adorned with velvet daisies, is one of them.

The ex-catwalk star revealed that Clementine was the one who first suggested their collaboration. In one striking shot, Clementine appears to be wearing the same clothes, sporting the same hairstyle, and making the same face as Claudia.

A casual observer might mistake Clementine in the photo for Claudia from the supermodel’s younger days. Having inherited her mom’s beauty, the young model stands a good chance of succeeding in the industry.

Clementine Is Just One of Claudia’s Children

Claudia went from being a supermodel in the 1990s to a supermom in the 2000s. She is a devoted mother to her three children. Within a year of her marriage to Matthew Vaughn, she gave birth to their first child, a son named Casper, in January 2003.

Even though Caspar and his famous mother have been seen together on rare occasions, little is known about him. On November 2004, the couple welcomed their daughter Clementine into the world.

Cosima, Claudia and Matthew’s youngest child, was born on May 14, 2010. Like her siblings, few details about Cosima have been shared publicly. Claudia and her husband seem keen on shielding their kids from the eyes of the public.

After having children, Claudia Schiffer decided to put her Hollywood career on hold and concentrate on being a mother. But despite her hectic schedule as a mother, she still found time to star in a few movies.

Claudia confessed that before having kids, she worked nonstop. However, becoming a mother made her shift her priorities toward ensuring she and her husband provide a healthy upbringing for their children.
