Love Island All Stars has been thrown into total chaos as Jake Cornish has reportedly quit the ITV show.
It’s claimed that Jake has decided to walk away from the villa after just three days following the viewers decision for him to couple up with ex-girlfriend, Liberty Poole.
During the end of Monday night’s episode, when host Maya Jama confirmed the news, Jake appeared to be angry at the news as he commented: “I knew it. I don’t hate the girl.”
Sources claim that Jake was shocked that none of the girls stepped forward to couple up with him. Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “Jake was really shocked to see Liberty in the villa – they had no idea the other person would be there.
“It was clear from the start they wouldn’t get back together, then none of the girls wanted to step forward for him. Jake had a nice three days in the villa and had a very emotional chat to Maya Jama.”
They added that Jake knew he “couldn’t stay” before deciding to quit. The former couple met on the 2021 series of Love Island.
At the time, in a shocking twist, Liberty decided to end her romance with Jake just days before the series seven finale, saying at the time: “I just don’t feel like you love me for me and I want someone who loves me for me.”
