A veterinarian in South Carolina was arrested for allegedly shooting her husband multiple times in the back, resulting in his death over the weekend. Jennifer Kerri Ray was charged with murder and possession of a weapon in the commission of a violent crime in connection with the killing of Greg Baughman.

Records indicate that Jennifer Kerri Ray was taken into custody on Sunday following the incident. The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting at the couple’s home in Aiken, South Carolina, close to the Georgia border.

Deputies arrived at the residence on Prides Crossing in Aiken in response to the shooting incident that occurred on December 1, 2024. The situation unfolded amidst mounting marital difficulties between the couple.
