In the early stages of his professional journey, Gallogly worked in the Acquisition Finance Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. He pursued and completed his MBA at Columbia Business School through a program facilitated by Manufacturers Hanover. Gallogly then joined the Blackstone Group in 1989, where he ascended to the position of head of private equity and played integral roles on the firm’s management and investment committees.
