Speaking about her education, she attended Baker Demonstration School, located in Wilmette, Illinois, and run by National-Louis University. She later enrolled in Wheaton College, from which she obtained her BA degree in Interpersonal Communication in 2019.

Piper launched her acting career at the age of nine  alongside her elder sister Riley, making her debut in the stage production of “The King And I” at the Drury Lane Theater, London. Her first single “Losing You” made its debut on 15 January 2014, accompanied by the release of its official music video later that month.
