Who is Anthpo?

Former American YouTuber and social media star Anthony Potero – aka Anthpo – was born under the zodiac sign Leo on 30 July 2001, in New Brunswick, New Jersey USA. He joined YouTube on 5 February 2016, and with the upload of his first video, revealed that he would be active on the network only until he graduated; on 14 May, Anthpo uploaded his final video “GOODBYE”, in which he announced that he was leaving YouTube and wished everyone a happy life.

The channel’s nevertheless still subscribed to by over 1.7 million people, and all of Anthpo’s 144 videos combined have amassed over 215 million views; most are comedy content, featuring him pulling pranks on his friends, taking on internet challenges, and telling jokes.

Anthpo was raised by his parents in New Brunswick, but because he respects their privacy, not many details have been disclosed about them; it’s believed that his mother’s a high school teacher and his father a welder, but this hasn’t been confirmed by Anthpo. Anthpo was highly secretive when it came to speaking about his love life while he was still active on the internet, and even though he often joked about having a girlfriend and being in a relationship with his best friend Janice, it’s widely known that they weren’t romantically linked.

Anthpo often featured Janice in his Instagram and YouTube content, and the two truly appeared to be romantically linked, however, in one of his videos, Janice revealed that she was in a relationship with another boy.
