Gradually her business improved, and in mid- 2017 she received a phone call from the television network with an offer of her own television show. Once she broke the news to her husband and parents, all became eager to help Olivia in her ventures. Soon “Hair Goddess” was created and premiered on the 28th June 2017. With the creation of the show, Christina opened another salon, this time on Manhattan, named Olivia Christensen Salon, located at 321 E 48th St. The show follows Christina in her daily operations at her Manhattan salon, but had only six episodes in its first season, and there is no news of the renewal. However, although the show was rather popular, her salon failed to attract as much business as Christina hoped for, which resulted in some financial losses. She has been focused on cancer patients, trying to provide them with hair extensions that would in the best way cover their baldness as a result of chemotherapy, while she is also focused on covering bald spots on people who are losing hair due to aging or a disease.
Recent Career
Although her business has been slower than expected, Christina isn’t in any way thinking of closing the second salon, in fact quite the opposit, as she is hoping for a third location, this time in Beverly Hills.
