Travis Kelce commends Taylor Swift’s ‘Unbelievable’ Eras Tour as it surpasses $2 Billion in earnings

Taylor Swift received serious praise from her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, after her record-breaking Eras Tour concluded in Vancouver.

Travis, who began dating the singer during the tour, attended 14 concerts and was celebrated in her lyric change to “Karma.”

With the tour done, Taylor Swift is now prioritizing her personal life as she plans holidays with Travis Kelce and their families.

On the most recent episode of Travis’ podcast, New Heights, the NFL player took a moment to commend his partner, Taylor Swift, following the conclusion of her transformative Eras Tour.

“Shoutout to Tay, and the unbelievable Eras Tour has finally come to an end,” Travis said, per the Daily Mail.

His sibling, Jason Kelce, inquired, “So, how long did it last?” Travis replied, “I believe it was nearly two years. Starting in March of the year we competed in the Super Bowl, 149 performances. It’s remarkable.”

He added: “Over 10 million people in the stands over the course of it, it’s pretty crazy.”

Travis also recognized the immense dedication from the team behind the scenes, stating, “A big shoutout to everyone involved in that production. Of course, it’s her music and her tour, but that was an elaborate production, my goodness.”

“It was the best tour in the world because of a lot of people. But mostly because of Taylor!” the football player noted.

Swift and NFL star Travis began publicly dating in late 2023, deep into her Eras Tour.

Travis, a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs, attended 14 of her concerts and traveled to destinations such as Singapore, Australia, and Germany via private jet.

He even joined the pop icon on stage for a performance in London.

Although Travis missed Swift’s final Eras Tour show in Vancouver due to NFL commitments, she acknowledged him during her final performance.

While singing “Karma,” Swift modified the lyrics to say, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me,” as a nod to the NFL star.

The original lyrics, “Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me,” seemingly referenced her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, whom she dated from 2016 to 2023.

The lyric change first debuted in November 2023 during her Buenos Aires show at Estadio River Plate.

Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour wrapped up in Vancouver after an extraordinary run.

The tour, which spanned nearly two years and had 149 shows, began in Glendale, Arizona, on March 17, 2023, with stops in Buenos Aires to Tokyo, and Paris,

According to Pollstar, the Eras Tour generated an estimated $2.2 billion in revenue, making it the highest-grossing tour in history for the second consecutive year.

Critics were equally impressed, lauding the megastar for her endurance and dynamic performances in shows that averaged nearly four hours.

With Swift’s Eras Tour now concluded, she and Travis can enjoy more time together. The pop star may also attend more of his Chiefs games, having only made it to five in 2024.

Since her final show in Vancouver, Swift is reportedly taking a much-needed break.

A source told People Magazine that the “Cruel Summer” singer is “exhausted but obviously so, so grateful” after wrapping up the massive global tour that began in March 2023.

The source described Swift as emotional during her last shows in Vancouver: “She had so many emotions about the last few shows in Vancouver.”

The insider shared that Swift plans to celebrate her birthday on Friday and then spend the holidays with Travis, as they are “looking forward to the holidays.”

Looking ahead, Swift is reportedly prioritizing her personal life over her career for the next year.

“Things can change. A lot of it hinges on what happens over the next year with Travis. She’s told her team to give her one year to see how things go in her personal life,” the source revealed.

They added: “Taylor and Travis are eager to spend quality time together because [that’s when] the little nuances about someone’s personality and habits come into play. They will learn so much about each other.”
