Timothée Chalamet is taking it all in — apparent fumes included — in the first promo for his upcoming Saturday Night Live episode.

Chalamet is set to host SNL during the Nov. 11 installment with musical guest Boygenius. The actor previously hosted the NBC sketch series on Dec. 12, 2020, with the season 46 episode including music from Bruce Springsteen.

In the video released Wednesday, Chalamet is seen fully embracing the lore of SNL as he ceremoniously approaches the stage in Studio 8H. While he does this, castmembers Mikey Day and Sarah Sherman watch in dismay from behind a window, given that the building is apparently filled with noxious gas.

“Why is he in the studio while it’s being fumigated?” Day asks Sherman. He then shouts to the Call Me by Your Name actor, “You’re breathing in poison!”

For his part, Chalamet calmly replies, “It’s fine. I grew up in New York. I’m immune.” He can then be seen deeply inhaling the air around him.

The Oscar-nominated performer is set to star in Wonka, hitting theaters next month, and has Dune: Part Two coming out in the spring.

SNL launched its 49th season last month following the writers strike. The show announced last week that Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom star Jason Momoa is set to host Nov. 18 with musical guest Tate McRae.

The most recent episode aired Oct. 28 featuring host Nate Bargatze and included a sketch poking fun at SAG-AFTRA’s rules for its members’ Halloween costumes amid the ongoing actors strike.
