Stephen Boden Biography
Stephen Boden, 29, and Shannon Marsden, 21, have been charged with murder and two counts of negligence.
A MAN and woman have been charged with murdering a ten-month-old baby boy killed on Christmas Day.
Police were scrambled to a home in Chesterfield, Derbys, in the early hours of December 25 last year to reports the tot was unresponsive.
The couple appeared in South Derbyshire Magistrates Court this morning.
They were placed on remand to appear at Derby Crown Court on January 4.
Charged
Derbyshire Police said: “Two people have been charged in connection with the death of a baby in Chesterfield.
Paramedics were called to a home in Old Whittington in the early hours of Christmas Day 2020, to report that a 10-month-old was unresponsive.
The baby, Finley Boden, was taken to the hospital, but was sadly pronounced dead.
“Our thoughts remain with the Finlay family at this most distressing time.
