The 33-year-old woman, who was hit by a school bus last month in Queens, died of her injuries on Wednesday, police said.
Vivianna Wolpe hit the bus while crossing the street at the intersection of South Conduit Avenue and Rockaway Boulevard in Springfield Gardens around 6 a.m. Nov. 17, according to the NYPD.
Wolpe, a native of Queens, was injured in the body and legs and was taken to a medical facility in a Jamaican hospital for treatment before dying three weeks later.
The bus driver, a 71-year-old man, had stayed there.
No charges have been filed in the accident and the investigation is still ongoing.
