Wendy Williams really has been canceled.

Just a couple weeks ago, the veteran television personality sat back and watched as her show aired its series finale — without its namesake even appearing a single time on the program’s final season.

Due to physical and mental ailments, Williams was sidelined way back in September from The Wendy Williams Show.

According to sources, she then refused to even make a cameo on the concluding episode, which aired in late June.

What an unusual situation, right?

Upon confirming the end of The Wendy Williams Show, co-presidents of production company Debmar-Mercury, Ira Bernstein and Mort Marcus, released a statement that made it sound as if everyone was on amicable terms.

On Tuesday, however?

Fans of the series noticed they’re no longer able to watch content from the series on YouTube … as the show’s entire YouTube channel appears to have been deleted.

Moreover, The Wendy Williams Show’s website and Instagram page also appear to have been removed.

No one from Wendy’s team has commented on the situation.

But social media users have been speaking out on Williams’ behalf all day long.

“Demar Mercury, you need to stop being messy,” one person wrote, for example.

“Every time I say I’m going to watch the Sherri show, you guys do some clown s—.

“Regardless of how the show ended, all of you could’ve kept the social media platform’s like any other show! Sherri watch your ‘team’ #WendyWilliams.”

Indeed, it was announced in February that Sherri Shepherd would be hosting her own talk show and given Williams’ time slot, starting some time this fall.

“Sherri is a natural who proved her hosting skills for many years as a panelist on The View, on Fox’s Dish Nation and again this season as a popular guest host of Wendy,” Bernstein and Marcus said at the time.

“Like our viewers, we have been impressed by the unique comedic twist Sherri puts on our daily live Hot Topics segment, her creativity and interactions with our guests.

“Her love for the content and daytime fans is obvious, and we are excited to partner with her to create another long-term talk franchise.”

Shepherd paid tribute to Williams on the aforementioned June 17 finale, but hasn’t said anything since about the talk show legend.

Complained another social media user on Tuesday:

“Debmar-Mercury should be ashamed of themselves for deleting the entire history and legacy of The Wendy Williams Show via digital media.

“What are they trying to hide or prove by doing this? #WendyWilliams #WendyShow.”

As for what Williams might do next?

“I’ve got enough money to do something else, and what I’ve never done — podcast,” she told TMZ last week.

“Which, by the way, podcasts, everyone has.

“But when you’re famous, podcasts will make more money for me, being famous, than doing The Wendy Williams Show.”

Shepherd’s talk show, Sherri, premieres on September 12 — you can check local listings for details.
