Scottish actor Alan Cumming took to social media on Tuesday to endorse The Birks Cinema, located in his hometown. The 58-year-old actor posted nostalgic photographs of himself, dressed in a fashionable blue kilt, from the opening gala a decade ago.

Alongside the post, Cumming shared a brief story about The Birks Cinema, revealing his role as its patron. He elaborated on the cinema’s challenges in recent years, expressing concern for its future.
