ZOE SALDANA’S HUSBAND, MARCO PEREGO IS AN ARTIST: ALL WE KNOW ABOUT HIM

Marco is an Italian painter and sculptor. The birthday girl‘s husband is well-known for his modernized fairy tale paintings, most notably Snow White and his fascinating gumball sculpture. 

The luxury fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana was one of his first clients because of his exceptional work. In 2008, the talented artist created backdrops for the label’s “Where Fashion Meets Art” campaign.

Instead of allowing his wife to take his surname, Marco insisted on using his wife’s surname. However, Zoe initially refused, citing the possibility that taking her last name might “emasculate” him. She said:

“But Marco looks up at me and says, ‘Ah, Zoe, I don’t give a s—.'”

According to Zoe, Marco is a feminist. The idea of Marco taking Zoe’s surname sparked controversy, making the couple release an inspiring statement about redefining masculinity.

Marco and Zoe are not afraid to express their affection for one another. They previously shared a sweet kiss at the 78th Annual Venice Film Festival at the premiere of “The Hand of God.” 

The duo was beaming as they held hands on the red carpet. Zoe and the multi-hyphenate artist have been married since June 2013 and have three sons together.

The New Jersey-born actress said being honest is the best way to welcome healthy and truthful discourse, particularly about parenthood. She remembered the twin saying that boys are stronger than girls. 

Zoe stated that she takes a moment to compose an answer that her children will understand. She previously explained that creating a gender-neutral environment meant that her husband participates in tasks that were traditionally assigned to women. 

Zoe also does tasks normally given to men, such as fixing broken things. She believes it is critical to raise both boys and girls in that environment. 

She revealed that she and her husband aren’t looking for a girl to join their family. She believed she would have been a great mother of daughters but said she was up for the challenge of raising three boys in the post-#MeToo era.
