A city centre street has been shut off by South Yorkshire Police with armed officers spotted at the scene.
Armed officers were sent to High Street at the bottom of Fargate, outside the Wendy’s restaurant, with huge crowds of onlookers forming at the scene.
Video footage posted on Sheffield Online (pictured) shows a man rolling around on the pavement underneath the bus stop.

Armed officers are standing nearby before the video pans round to show large crowds of shoppers and visitors looking at the incident unfold. The man is later seen speaking to officers with a large dog standing close to him.
