In “NCIS: Los Angeles,” O’Donnell and Paly’s characters have had viewers on the edge of their seats thanks to their “will-they-or-won’t-they” act. However, in the season finale, fans see Agent Callen, played by Chris O’Donnell, propose to Anna Kolcheck, played by Paly.
