Celine Dion has a distinct voice and is known for being technically skilled in the way she can create music across different genres.

According to CNN, Therese was not too happy about adding another child to the thirteen she already had. So she went to a priest and confessed that she did not want any more children.

The priest advised the mother of fourteen against her negative thoughts and told her, “You can’t do that. You’re such a good person; you can’t do that.”

Life was not easy for the Dion family; Adhémar worked at the butcher and made $165 a week to support his family of sixteen. Some months were more strenuous than others, and Adhémar would save ten cents by walking to work instead of taking a bus.

The home now reportedly houses an aluminum siding business, but for the Dion family, it held many good memories. Celine remembered her mother warming her and her sister’s socks in the oven, which always felt like a warm hug.

However, the family was musically gifted, with someone always singing or playing an instrument. Celine reportedly started singing for her family when she was two years old, and by five, she had a gig at her brother’s wedding.

Dion’s assistant, Mia Dumont, admitted that she suspected the singer would fall for her manager because he cared for her and made her feel safe.

In 1988, Dione performed at Eurovision held in Dublin, Ireland, and was awarded the top prize. But the congratulatory hug and kiss she gave her manager that day was so special that Angéli gushed over it on “Larry King Live,” and said, “… on that night … everything changed.”

The singer released her first English language debut album, “Unison” in America, in 1990, with four songs that topped the charts.

Dion had produced four love songs that captured the world, but the singer reportedly wrote them to express her love for her manager.

The couple had kept their relationship a secret for five years, but this album became a reason for Dione to tell the world who she was in love with.

Therefore, the singer left a note at the end of her album confessing, “Rene is my love; I can’t keep this secret inside of me anymore. It’s getting too powerful. Let me paint a truth and show you how I feel. Rene, you are the color of my love.”

The negative response that Dion feared people would have about a couple of 51-year-old manager dating a 25-year-old superstar was the opposite; fans were more than happy for her.
