Demi Lovato looks beautiful in a new Instagram post, enjoying her summer under the sun. The singer, who once opened up about her accidental weight loss, stunned in a black swimsuit.

Kids of the ’90s likely remember Demi Lovato as a Disney star, and since her role in “Camp Rock,” many knew she was destined for greatness. However, her journey growing up under the spotlight wasn’t without struggles.

Lovato has since confronted her struggles and opened up about mental health, body image, and more to fans. She continues to connect with fans through her social media account, where she posts glimpses of her life, including her summer days.

In her recent post, captioned “Summa summa summa time,” Lovato shared photos while basking under the sun. The singer wore a black swimsuit and paired it with black rectangular sunglasses. Her short hair and shiny lips also contributed to her stunning appearance.

Lovato lost significant weight in 2021 and managed to stay fit. In an Instagram post, she revealed that the weight loss was unplanned as she no longer counted calories, restricted her food intake, or tried diets. However, she was then full of peace, love, and joy.

The actress admittedly gained weight in 2018, where she revealed in a tweet: “No longer depriving myself of treats (in moderation) and I’m not gonna lie, I put on a couple [of] lbs since I’ve given up dieting.” While she did feel uncomfortable with the weight, Lovato maintained the mindset of loving her body as is.

Besides being happy with her body, Lovato also enjoys her relationship with her boyfriend, Jutes. She has praised him several times through Instagram posts and pays tribute to him on special occasions.
