The celebrated athlete revealed he follows a strict diet plan that is plant-based and rich in protein. Tom Brady’s plastic surgery rumor began after he missed 11 days from training camp. Many people were convinced that his absence was due to a surgical procedure.

Even though 11 days isn’t a realistic time for someone to recover from a surgical procedure, it’s possible if Brady just had botox injections. However, a certified surgeon explained the NFL star’s possible changes.

What the Expert Says about Tom Brady’s Transformation

According to Dr. Linkov, a certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Brady’s facial structure, as of 2001 when he was 24, had a Frontotemporal Recession; he described his eyebrows as very distinctive, an ideal aesthetic in men.

He marked out his upper eyelids and suggested it was due to brow ptosis or excessive upper eyelid skin. He further stated that Brady’s nasolabial angle was 90 degrees, a classic feature in men.

Dr. Linkov added that Brady had a short philtrum with full dental show, a strong jaw structure and his chin cleft was one of a kind with a Y-shaped dimple in the middle. The expert assumed Brady had a feminization surgery in 2002 after noticing a prominent brow ridge.

Per Dr. Linkov, when Brady was 29, he had a full upper lip and referred to it as a 1:1 ratio with his lower lip, stating that he didn’t think Brady had any filler; instead, it was his natural trait.

Dr. Linkov doesn’t think Brady had botox injections when he was 36 because the glabella crow’s feel lines on his head were more carved.

Many people commented about Brady’s facial appearance when he was 41. According to Dr. Linkov’s explanation, Brady went through a loss of lateral and middle chic fat, which is just a part of the aging process.

The doctor also commented on Brady’s hair, stating he had a great hairline and didn’t notice any signs of a hair transplant. He however assumed that Brady had a botox procedure in 2022 to get a smoother appearance around his face.

What’s fascinating about Brady’s continued reign in the NFL is that he is open about how maintained his high level of performance through discipline.

The doctor noted that the downside of botox is that it reduces the ability of a person to create facial expressions. Linkov narrowed the estimated cost of Brady’s facial plastic surgery procedure to $1,500.

In his book, Brady states that many people influenced their bodies to unhealthy eating, which he finds unreal:

“Many people have conditioned their bodies to a nutritional regiment made up of lots of white or pale-looking foods—french fries, potato chips, white bread, chicken nuggets—that don’t exist in nature.”

In an interview with Men’s Health, the father of three stated that his diet isn’t as strict as it may appear to some people. And certainly not too restrictive and limiting to a point where he can’t have anything.

So what does Brady’s diet consist of? He revealed that he takes lots of recovery fluids, fruits, and a nice amount of pizza. After waking up at 6 a.m., the first thing he does is drink a glass of water filled with electrolytes.

Now 45 years old, Tom Brady has gone against all odds and is committed to staying healthy. He drinks between 12 to 25 glasses of water daily; that might be why he’s aging pretty well.
