WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan (WABC) — A man was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless endangerment after allegedly losing control and crashing into a subway station entrance in Washington Heights.

Twenty-five-year-old Miguel Delacruz-Martinez was taken into police custody after the collision Friday morning.

Surveillance video captured the moment the vehicle drove into the 1 train station entrance.

No one was struck in the mishap at Broadway and 157th Street at around 9:30 a.m.

No injuries were reported in connection with the crash.
