Miller was also cast in the highly-rated movie “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” alongside “Harry Potter” star Emma Watson. The 29-year-old’s popularity continued to soar, and he was later deemed fit to take on a superhero role.

Miller went on to feature in a series of superhero films based on DC Comics characters. First, they made a series of cameo appearances as “The Flash” and later clinched the main role in “Justice League.”

Since their teenage years, Miller has been a self-professed fan of the “Harry Potter” series. The actor got their dream when they were signed to play the role of Credence Barebone in the “Harry Potter” spin-off, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.”

They reprised their role in the 2018 film “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” as Credence Barebone, born Aurelius Dumbledore, an American half-blood wizard adopted by Mary Lou Barebone. Credence grew into a strong wizard after being made to suppress his magical identity.

Playing Credence has been special for Miller. The actor believes their on-screen role is significant to many people, especially members of the LGBTQ community.

Miller prefers to identify as a human rather than a man or a woman. However, the actor doesn’t like to box their sexual adventures to a single partner and reveals that they have a polyamorous squad of sexual partners.

A series of heartbreaks and failed relationships led the actor to ditch monogamy in favor of a sex group called a “polycule.”

The group features people they have met over time and close buddies. Speaking to Playboy Magazine about the group, they said,

“I’m trying to find queer beings who understand me as a queer being off the bat, who I make almost a familial connection with, and I feel like I’m married to them 25 lifetimes ago from the moment we meet.”

During a chat with The Hollywood Reporter on their 95-acre farm in Vermont, Miller outlined the qualities they wanted in a sexual partner, noting that they wanted a “rooster” kind of man.
