While Honey’s parents did not tie the knot, they dated for five years. Honey has a younger brother named Sonny, and she went to high school in Øregård Gymnasium.

Honey Hollman Has Appeared on TV and in One Movie

Honey never pursued a career in show business like her famous father. Her father, Jack, is an accomplished screen veteran who has played iconic characters in various films and TV shows. He is also a filmmaker, producer, and screenwriter.

But Honey tried her hand at acting, and she even appeared in a few projects several years ago. In 2002, she appeared on the Danish daily evening program “Go’aften Denmark” and in the 2010 film “Empire North,” where she played the role of Honey Steinberg.

The website features a photo of several bamboo straws with the marked phrase “Treading Lightly.” True to its name, Honey’s latest business is plastic-free, and the items they offer are all plant-based and natural.

Honey used to own The High Horse, a pub she had in Trim that served popular fine beer and ciders, as well as organic and sparkling wines before she opened the organic grocery store in 2019.

Honey seems to have adopted Irish culture and customs while running a business in Ireland. The Danish-born entrepreneur loves horses and is a horse rider herself, frequently participating in the Irish Grand National.

To this day, the former actress-turned-entrepreneur continues sharing pictures on her Instagram and Facebook that showcase her passion for horseback riding, her family’s travels, and the time she spends with her friends.

Honey appears to be private about her relationship with her father, Jack Nicholson, as she has never spoken publicly about him. Their current situation, including whether or not they continue to interact, is unknown.
