Dwayne Johnson’s daughter, Simone Johnson, followed her dad’s footsteps in the wrestling industry, particularly for WWE.

At 20, she announced her in-ring name, Ava Raine, which she will use to compete in Sunday’s match. Her screen moniker is far from Dwayne’s chosen in-ring persona, The Rock, which debuted in 1996.

Simone said in a post, “I don’t understand why people being portrayed as separate individuals from their family name is such a heated topic. A name doesn’t discredit any prior accomplishments from any family.”

Simone began her career as a WWE trainee in 2020 but delayed her ring debut due to an injury. Her father has since been supportive and proud of Simone’s chosen career path.

The “Jumanji” actor is a proud father of three. His firstborn, Simone, was born on August 14, 2001, while he was with his first wife, Dany Garcia.

Aside from her WWE career, Simone worked as an IMG model and was named the first Golden Globe Ambassador in 2018. Simone was the only child for over a decade until his father and his second wife, Lauren Hashian, welcomed their first child together, Jasmine.

Born on December 16, 2015, Jasmine already has a growing fanbase through her father’s Instagram posts. “One proud daddy as my baby learns discipline, respect, focus, and hard work with a smile,” Dwayne wrote.

Three years later, Dwayne and Lauren welcomed another child, Tiana, on April 17, 2018. Like her sister, Tiana appears on her father’s Instagram posts and receives a lot of admiration from Dwayne’s fans.

“The good thing is [Lauren] already thinks I’m the sexiest man alive. She’s going to yell loudly. She’s going to scream.”

Dwayne and Lauren also share a great sense of humor and playfully tease each other at home. “Nothing if odd-limits in our house,” Dwayne said. “And that’s the beauty of it, and I tease her with everything.”

Before Lauren, the “Fast and Furious” star married Garcia from 1997 to 2007. Following their divorce, Dwayne revealed that he had made several mistakes and did not take the initiative to fix them.

Their separation came amicably, and the pair maintained their relationship as business partners and friends after. “We spent over a year looking at the things that didn’t work in our marriage, the reasons why, making sure those elements had been cleared and taken care of,” Garcia said.
