Coco Austin and Ice-T are basking under the sun with their daughter, Chanel. On vacation in the Bahamas, the trio shared bits and pieces of their time on Instagram.

However, one of Austin’s posts did not sit well with some Instagram followers as she donned a skimpy G-string bikini bottom that exposed her behind.

Austin and Chanel rocked matching colorful bikinis, but with different bottoms. Angry fans went into the comments section to express their disagreement with the actress’ outfit, calling it inappropriate for a waterpark. One comment read:

“It’s disgusting that’s what you think is acceptable to wear around children.”

HOW DID COCO AUSTIN AND ICE-T MEET?

Austin and Ice-T first met in 2011 during a music video set of the rapper’s friend. As opposed to what people think, Ice-T noticed Austin’s teeth before her voluptuous body. The singer, who was upset at that time, was introduced to Austin by a friend hoping that it would cheer him up.

Austin and Ice-T starred in a reality show together, but their lives did not have as much drama when the cameras stopped rolling. Ice-T said:

“They thought I’d be burying bodies in the back garden, and Coco would be off stripping at birthday parties. But we’re a normal couple with a normal relationship.”

Austin and Ice-T share a very low-key life despite being big names in the entertainment industry, and for the couple, this has worked in their favor in maintaining a good relationship.

HOW OLD IS COCO AUSTIN?

At 43 years old, Austin doesn’t seem to have changed much from her younger years. Born Nicole Austin in Tarzana, California, the model took jazz, tap, and ballet lessons at six years old.

She was already familiar with life on-stage at a young age and wanted to pursue a career that would bring her on stage. So at 14, she entered a model and talent search for Beverly Hills studios. Fortunately, Austin became one of the five applicants who received a scholarship.

She has since modeled for different magazines and her clothing line. She later pursued a career in acting and appeared in “Law & Order: SVU,” “Head,” and “Theatre Tricks.”

Austin lives a quieter life now, raising her daughter, Chanel, whom she shares with Ice-T. Chanel often appears on her Instagram and becomes the subject of backlash like any other celebrity.

COCO DEFENDED HER PARENTING STYLE

Her recent swimsuit controversy is only one of the many issues she faced amongst fans. Previously, Austin revealed that she was still breastfeeding her five-year-old daughter, Chanel, which stirred debate online. In an interview, she said:

“Chanel still likes my boobs. It’s a big bonding moment for a mother and [her] child […]. Why take that away from her? If she doesn’t want it, all right, that’s where you stop. But I’m not just going to say no.”

The entertainer also clarified that her daughter gets nutrients from other food intakes, such as steak and hamburgers, among others. However, Chanel enjoys her milk every now and then.
