I’m A Celebrity winner Sam Thompson is set to cash in a hefty amount after being crowned King of the Jungle last night. The former reality TV star has become a household after winning the hearts of viewers for the past three weeks on the ITV hit series.
He beat fellow finalists Nigel Farage and runner-up Tony Bellew to the coveted crown. Sam’s best friend Pete Wicks was in tears when he reunited with Sam on the show’s famous bridge.
Strictly star Zara was unable to fly out to Australia to meet Same because of work commitments, but last night celebrated his win with his friends and family and told fans she was proud.

This is just the start for Sam as a number of people are already lining him up for new projects. A source told The Sun: “Sam will easily bank a million in the next year thanks to the jungle.
“Calls have already started to be made about opportunities for Sam — including his own TV series. There has also been a flurry of big- money deals thrown his way.
“He has always been popular among younger people thanks to his reality TV past, but now he’s known and loved by millions. Winning I’m A Celebrity can do wonders for careers and Sam is certainly no exception.”
