I’m A Celebrity’s Sam Thompson opened up about his ADHD and his plans to be a dad one day.
The reality TV star was diagnosed with ADHD and autism after undergoing test earlier this year. During tonight’s episode of the ITV hit show was speaking to fellow campmates Marvin Humes and Josie Gibson as he revealed that he is ‘not ashamed’ of his diagnosis.
Sam also admitted that he ‘gets quite selfish’ with friends and girlfriend Zara McDermott because of his ADHD. He said: “When the low bits happen it goes low. But then the highs are really high. My girlfriend Zara is so steady and it’s so good for me. When she’s going steady I’m going like that.

“My time keeping is terrible. I get quite selfish, not just with her, with everyone, my mates or whatever. My listening to Zara… I’m just finding myself staring off at something completely different. You sort of feel like you’re a bit of a k*** sometimes.”
He went on to say he would like to become a dad one day but needs to ‘get a handle’ on his ADHD. Elsewhere in the show Tony and Sam tried to win some treats for camp, with a game involving old-school mobile phone ringtones.
While chatting to the camera Sam noticed a bug on Tony’s head and decided to smack him on the side of his head. Tony looked shocked as Sam said: “That was dangerous I could have got punched.”
Viewers watching at home found the moment funny and love the duo however said Tony is starting to get ‘sick of Sam.”
