In 2020, Basso revealed a heartwarming detail about his journey as a parent. Although he never disclosed his daughter’s name, he delighted his followers by sharing an image of himself tenderly holding the little one.

The father-daughter duo sported stylish headgear in the photo, taken against a solid concrete backdrop. Basso wore a dark shirt contrasting with his tiny daughter’s pink dress.

He also shared another father-daughter photo of him smiling and conversing with the adorable girl at the table. Basso’s message appears poetic and suggests that his daughter is the calm amidst his busy career. His caption read:

“That is my ultimate secret to remaining inhumanly tense and on edge. Always keep yourself guessing so that your enemies and rivals won’t have any idea what your next move will be. Always wear your gi. And always possess wrist control when addressing a toddler (sic).”

While Basso has revealed that he has a daughter, he has not disclosed the identity of his child’s mother. He is unmarried and, like Buchanan, seems determined to make a name for himself in the entertainment industry.

Gabriel Basso’s Acting Career Is on the Rise

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Basso boasts several acting credits. Despite initially aspiring to become a football player and pursue a career in sports, destiny had other plans for him.

The actor’s breakout role came from the comedy-drama “The Big C.” In addition to his latest Netflix series, he has also appeared in various films such as “Super 8,” “The Kings of Summer,” and “American Wrestler: The Wizard.”

Also, Basso was in the movie “The Whole Truth” with industry veterans Keanu Reeves and Renée Zellweger. Acting appears to run in the family, as Basso’s sisters, Annalise and Alexandra, are also actresses.

Annalise has appeared in several TV shows, like “Desperate Housewives,” “Bones,” and “Lie to Me.” Alexandra, meanwhile, has starred in the movies “Alice Upside Down” and “Seduced” and the TV show “iCarly.”
