Jennifer Garner Looks Calm in $119 Rain Boots after Ben Affleck Decided to Sell House He Bought near Hers

Since their divorce, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s love lives have progressed differently over the years. While she never remarried, he wed his once ex-love and has now made a significant change to their normality.

Actress Jennifer Garner posted on her Instagram on August 14, 2022, a video of herself indulging in nature while sipping from a cup.

The clip showed the movie star sitting on a grassy field with her legs crossed and eyes closed. Garner noted that it was soothing to catch fresh air in the morning.

“Sound on for a deep breath on a Sunday morning,” she captioned the post. Fans and Katie Couric commented and expressed their support. “Love this and you!” Couric wrote.

Another Instagram follower stressed that it was indeed crucial for one to take time out: “Lovely, people underestimate the power of taking the time out just breathe.” One person said they would be trying out the relaxing activity soon.

In the video, Garner wore a white striped sweater paired with jeans and bright red Hunter rain boots that reportedly cost $119.

While Garner appears to be enjoying her life, the father of her kids has since remarried following their divorce in 2018.

However, the actor admitted that their legal separation was one of his life’s “biggest” regrets. “The biggest regret of my life is this divorce,” Affleck once said.

In April 2018, Garner’s former husband purchased a Los Angeles mansion worth $19.2 million, consisting of seven bedrooms, nine baths, a spa, a gym, and a screening room.

According to the Daily Mail, Affleck bought the house relocating to be close to her and their three children, daughters Violet, Seraphina, and son Samuel. The exes have remained cordial since their initial split in 2015.

In 2017, Affleck was spotted house-hunting with his then-girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus. Insiders revealed to People that the Hollywood A-lister was looking for “a family friendly house.” An onlooker disclosed that the filmmaker and Shookus were not searching to buy a home together, as she was only there to share her opinion about the house.

The dining room has a butler’s pantry and features a black rectangular mirror across the room that complements the hanging pendant light above the dining table, the dining chairs, and a round table near the ceiling-to-floor windows.

The gourmet chef’s kitchen has an open-plan breakfast area and opens to a large family room with a fireplace and oversized sliding doors.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a separate sitting area, dual bathrooms, and two spacious walk-in closets, including three big additional bedrooms and a family room.

Downstairs features a screening room with a carpet all around and gray couches and ottomans matching the gray paint color and the console. The gym features a one-side wall mirror with two benches.

The family room has a full bar, a temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar, and a maid’s room. The hallway stands out with painted portraits on one side of the wall.

The study area is brown in theme color, and the perfectly sized space features wood-paneled walls that match the bookshelf. The exterior of Affleck’s home has a landscaped backyard with a swimming pool, a guest house, a spa, and an outdoor barbecue.

AFFLECK IS MOVING AWAY FROM FAMILY AFTER MARRIAGE TO JLO

While the Oscar Award winner’s initial intent with the house was to stay close to his brood, it appears that is no longer the case. On August 10, 2022, HollywoodLife reported that Affleck listed his Pacific Palisade home on the market.

The news comes after he and his new wife, Jennifer Lopez, reportedly purchased their first home together in Beverly Hills.

The alleged purchase occurred after the couple went home hunting for their blended family – his children and the singer’s twins, Max and Emme, with whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

A source exclusively revealed to HollywoodLife that Lopez was looking for a spacious house to accommodate everyone and be able to host as well:

“Jen has a big family, so she’s definitely looking for something that has enough room to entertain and host company. She’s also looking for plenty of space for all of their kids to live comfortably, and of course the extras like a huge pool and walk-in closets.”

Lopez and Affleck wed on July 17, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fox News reported that the lovebirds are preparing to celebrate with friends and family in a second wedding affair.

The duo is to celebrate their new life together with a three-day wedding bash for pals and loved ones at Affleck’s private mansion in Georgia. Their official ceremony got only witnessed by a few people, including two of their children.

An insider revealed that the upcoming event will be centered on the bride because her beloved spouse wants all the attention to be on her: “It’s going to be all about J.Lo. Ben wants all of the focus to be on her for their big day.”

Guests at the said occasion are expected to include Affleck’s best friend, Matt Damon, his brother Casey Affleck, TV host Jimmy Kimmel and Drea de Matteo.

Meanwhile, Lopez is expected to dazzle wedding guests in a “custom couture Ralph Lauren dress” made in Italy. Vogue will capture the actress’s fashion journey.

Sources revealed the celebration would begin with a rehearsal dinner on a Friday, and the formal ceremony would take place on a Saturday. After that, they will close off the event with a barbecue and picnic, planned by Colin Cowie.

In addition, Affleck’s Georgia property is across 87 acres and the 6,000 square-foot main house. The old plantation-inspired abode has 24-foot columns, shutters, and a wrap-around porch. The compound consists of three separate structures, and it is one hour outside Savannah.
